Insight Systems, Inc. has provided systems level, electronics, and software design and production of the following hot bonder units for Applied Heat.
 Model A-150

Scans, reads, and records 12 thermocouples. Automatic T/C selection: controls from hottest TC. Controller stores 10 cure profiles in memory. Adjustable audo alarm. Smallest hot bonder to meed recommendations for Boeing 777 SRM. 11"x13"x8" and only 15 pounds.
Test setup shown with all lines/wires leave from either side of Model A-150 unit for minimal distractions.
Model A-250 Dual Zone

Reads and records 12 TCs per zone.

-120 VAC 50/60 Hz or 240 VAC 50/60 HZ
-Operating 32° F to 120° F Storage: 0° F to 160° F
-4 x 20 character Super Twist, back lit
-15" x 15" x 9", 24 lbs.
-Temperature Range: 32° F to 770° F
-Accuracy: +/-2° F
