HOT-BONDER Model 8024-1

Compact, light, rugged, single zone unit. Operates on '40-264 Volts/47-63 Hz Constant temp monitoring of all active. T/Cs and control across entire curing surface. Complies with Boeing D6-48758e Repair Document (para 7.X.lc)
HOT-BONDER Model 8024-2

Operates on 90-264 Volts 47-63 Hz. Constant temp monitoring of all active. T/Cs and control across entire curing surface. Indicates cross lay-up of T/Cs between zones. Data-logged T/C and Vacuum inputs. Software upgrades and expandable hardware available for changing technology. Complies with Boeing D6-48758e Repair Document (para 7.X.lc)
HOT-BONDER 8028 Composite/Metal Bond Repair

The 8028 HOT-BONDERTM is specifically engineered for use in NFPA 70, Class 1, Division 2, Group D Hazardous Locations and has been tested and certified by a recognized, independent test laboratory as having passed Mil-Std-81OE, Method 511.3, Procedure 1 Hazardous Environment Testing.
Phosphoric-acid Anodizing Containment System (PACS) Model 0810

A self-contained, portable system used for preperation of metal surfaces prior to metal or composite bonding. It is designed to be used with a 12% phosphoric-acid solutions, but the power source and materials may also be used for the PANTA process. Easy set-up and selectable voltage or current regulation make this unit ideal for On-Aircraft as well as shop application.
